Let’s kick off the celebration! We will be hosting a welcome party at Yum Ha Villa to greet everyone upon their arrival. There will be Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails for our guests to enjoy.
Friday September 18th

Head over to the beautiful Palm Garden, where an open bar and light refreshments will be available, providing the perfect opportunity for mingling with friends and family before we sit down for dinner.
Rehearsal Dinner
7-9PM
Before the excitement of the big day truly begins, we invite our guests to gather for our rehearsal dinner at the Beefbar restaurant. Prepare for an enjoyable evening, featuring family-style dining, an array of flowing drinks and great company to share the night with.
Bonfire
9-11PM
The night is young! Come to the Presidential Bungalow in the sand for a cozy bonfire, where we’ll continue the celebration with music, s’mores, cocktails and the sound of the ocean waves.
Saturday September 19th
Ceremony
5:30PM
Attire: Earth Tones
It’s the big day, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you! The ceremony will officially commence at 5:30 PM, set against the beautiful backdrop of the ocean on the beach in front of the Presidential Bungalow. We kindly ask all guests to arrive and be in their seats by 5:15PM at the latest to ensure a relaxed and seamless start to the ceremony, preventing any rushing and allowing everyone to fully soak in every special moment.
Cocktail Hour
6-7PM
Following the ceremony, all guests are invited to the Mansion Villa to officially begin the evening's festivities. Come and join cocktail hour on the rooftop, where you can relax, mingle, and enjoy the breath-taking views as we catch the beautiful sunset.
Reception
7-10PM
The celebration of the newlyweds will continue on the beautifully illuminated pool deck, where a warm and inviting atmosphere awaits guests for the reception dinner. Guests will be treated to an elegant plated dinner, heartfelt speeches, special dances and happy tears.
After Party
10-1AM
LET'S PARTY! As the dinner winds down, the party continues at the exclusive, hidden speakeasy. Guests are invited to step into a world of vintage charm and modern excitement for the official after-party. With a DJ, this time is for kicking back, dancing the night away and having the best time.
