We are thrilled that you will be joining us in Mexico for our wedding weekend!

 

For all of our traveling guests, the closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). We have arranged for comfortable transportation to be provided from the airport directly to Hotel Esencia, and back again at the end of the weekend. It will be about an hour drive to Hotel Esencia from the airport. Upon arrival at Hotel Esencia, please note that the official check-in time for all guests is at 3:00PM on Thursday September 17th, 2026.

 

All guests celebrating with us will be staying at the luxurious Hotel Esencia, where everyone has been kindly assigned to a private villa or suite. When booking your stay, please contact the Reservations Department directly via email at reservations@hotelesencia.com

or by phone 52-984-100-2753. Their office hours are from 9am-7pm ET. To ensure you receive the correct accommodations and group rate, please refer to our event as the "Peyton and Connor Wedding". A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, and please be aware that the total cost of your stay will be charged in full at the time of booking. Please book your stay before Monday August 3rd, 2026.

 

After booking your stay at Hotel Esencia for our wedding weekend, you will receive a confirmation email where you’ll be asked to share your flight details along with any allergies or dietary restrictions. This information helps us coordinate transportation accordingly and ensure your arrival is as smooth, easy, and comfortable as possible.
